護(hù)理措施/登革熱
急性期應(yīng)臥床休息，給予流質(zhì)或半流質(zhì)飲食，在有防蚊設(shè)備的病室中隔離到*退熱為止，不宜過(guò)早下地活動(dòng)，防止病情加重。保持皮膚和口腔清潔。
預(yù)防措施/登革熱
控制和消滅埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊是當(dāng)前zui有效的預(yù)防措施。埃及伊蚊主要孳生于戶(hù)內(nèi)積水容器內(nèi)，白紋伊蚊主要孳生于盆、罐、樹(shù)洞、廢輪胎、花瓶以及建筑工地容器積水中。消滅和控制埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊，一般以消滅孳生地和幼蟲(chóng)為主。滅蚊措施主要有：
1、消除孳生地和幼蟲(chóng)：翻盆倒罐，填堵樹(shù)洞，對(duì)飲用水容器勤洗刷，勤換水，加蓋防蚊，也可采取水缸內(nèi)放養(yǎng)食蚊幼蟲(chóng)的魚(yú)類(lèi)或其它生物滅蚊方法消除蚊幼蟲(chóng)。對(duì)難于*清除的非飲用容器積水，可投灑廢油類(lèi)或緩釋殺蟲(chóng)劑。
2、殺滅成蚊：室內(nèi)用噴灑或施用對(duì)人無(wú)毒的殺蟲(chóng)劑消滅成蚊。室外在搞好環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)對(duì)成蚊較多的竹、樹(shù)林、陶器場(chǎng)、廢輪胎堆積站等場(chǎng)所使用殺蟲(chóng)劑。
截止2011年，尚無(wú)疫苗可以防治該病，因此比較好的預(yù)防方法是清除家居、學(xué)校、工作地點(diǎn)及附近的積水，防止蚊子孳生，以及避免給蚊子叮咬。
