殺蟲劑耐藥性檢測應(yīng)是各國瘧疾控制工作的一項重要內(nèi)容，以確保使用zui有效的病媒控制方法。在選用室內(nèi)滯留噴灑殺蟲劑時，應(yīng)始終根據(jù)目標(biāo)病媒敏感性方面的當(dāng)?shù)財?shù)據(jù)作出決定。
為確保及時協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對殺蟲劑耐藥性工作，世衛(wèi)組織與廣泛的利益攸關(guān)方開展合作，制定了瘧疾病媒的殺蟲劑耐藥性管理計劃。該計劃已于2012年5月發(fā)布。
診斷和治療
早期診斷和治療瘧疾將縮短病情，并避免死亡。這還有助于減少瘧疾傳播。現(xiàn)有的比較好治療方法，特別是惡性瘧治療方法，是以青高素為基礎(chǔ)的聯(lián)合療法。
世衛(wèi)組織建議在治療之前對所有疑似瘧疾病例進(jìn)行寄生蟲學(xué)診斷檢測（使用顯微鏡或快速診斷檢測）予以確診。30分鐘甚至更快即可獲得寄生蟲學(xué)確診結(jié)果。只有在無法進(jìn)行寄生蟲學(xué)診斷的情況下才可考慮僅視癥狀加以治療。2015年4月發(fā)表的《世衛(wèi)組織瘧疾治療指南（第三版）》中載有更詳細(xì)的建議。
抗瘧藥耐藥性
抗瘧藥耐藥性是一個反復(fù)出現(xiàn)的問題。惡性瘧對氯喹、磺胺多辛–乙胺嘧啶等前幾代藥物的耐藥性在20世紀(jì)五六十年代廣泛出現(xiàn)，破壞了瘧疾控制的努力并墊付了在兒童存活方面取得的成果。
世衛(wèi)組織建議對抗瘧藥物耐藥性進(jìn)行常規(guī)監(jiān)測，并協(xié)助各國努力加強(qiáng)在這一重要領(lǐng)域的工作。

Insecticide resistance testing should be an important part of malaria control in all countries to ensure the use of the most effective vector control methods. In the selection of indoor pesticide spraying, should always be based on the target vector sensitivity of the local latest data to make a decision.
To ensure timely coordination of global response to pesticide resistance, WHO collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders to develop a global program on the management of pesticide resistance to malaria vectors. The plan was released in May 2012.
Diagnosis and treatment
Early diagnosis and treatment of malaria will shorten the condition and avoid death. This also helps to reduce malaria transmission. The best available treatment, especially the treatment of falciparum malaria, is based on combination therapy with cyanogens.
WHO recommends that all parasitic malaria cases be tested for parasitic diagnosis before treatment (using microscopic or rapid diagnostic tests). 30 minutes or even faster to get the results of parasitic diagnosis. Only in the case of inability to carry out parasitic diagnosis can only be considered only symptoms to be treated. A more detailed recommendation is contained in the WHO Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria (Third Edition) published in April 2015.
Antimalarial drug resistance
Antideptic drug resistance is a recurring problem. The resistance of falciparum to chloroquine, sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine and other previous generations has been widespread in the 1950s and 1960s, destroying malaria control efforts and subverting the results achieved in the survival of children.
WHO recommends routine monitoring of resistance to antimalarial drugs and assists countries in their efforts to strengthen their work in this important area.
