　　汽輪機監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)（TSI）是一種集保護和檢測功能于一身的監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)，是大型旋轉(zhuǎn)機械的保護系統(tǒng)。

　　TSI可以對機組在起動、運行過程中的一些重要參數(shù)能可靠地進行監(jiān)視和儲存，它不僅能指示機組運行狀態(tài)、記錄輸出信號、實現(xiàn)數(shù)值越限報警、出現(xiàn)危險信號時使機組自動停機，同時還能為故障診斷提供數(shù)據(jù)，因而廣泛地應(yīng)用于3MW～600MW的各種汽輪發(fā)電機組上。

　　一、汽輪機監(jiān)視的內(nèi)容

　　汽機應(yīng)監(jiān)視和保護的項目隨蒸汽參數(shù)的升高而增多，且隨機組不一而各有差異，一般有以下一些參數(shù):

　　（1）軸向位移監(jiān)視：連續(xù)監(jiān)視推力盤到推力軸承的相對位置，以保證轉(zhuǎn)子與靜止部件間不發(fā)生摩擦，避免災(zāi)難性事故的發(fā)生。當軸向位移過大時，發(fā)出報警或停機信號。

　　（2）差脹監(jiān)視：連續(xù)檢測轉(zhuǎn)子相對于汽缸上某基準點（通常為推力軸承）的膨脹量，一般采用電渦流探頭進行測量，也可用線性差動位移變送器（LVDT）進行測量。

　　（3）缸脹監(jiān)視：連續(xù)監(jiān)測汽缸相對于基礎(chǔ)上某一基準點（通常為滑銷系統(tǒng)的死點）的膨脹量。由于膨脹范圍大，目前一般都采用LVDT進行缸脹監(jiān)視。

　　（4）零轉(zhuǎn)速監(jiān)視：連續(xù)監(jiān)測轉(zhuǎn)子的零轉(zhuǎn)速狀態(tài)。當轉(zhuǎn)速低于某規(guī)定值時，報警繼電器動作，以便投入盤車裝置。

　　（5）轉(zhuǎn)速監(jiān)視：連續(xù)監(jiān)測轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速。當轉(zhuǎn)速高于設(shè)定值時給出報警信號或停機信號。

　　（6）振動監(jiān)視：監(jiān)視主軸相對于軸承座的相對振動和軸承座的振動。

　　（7）偏心度監(jiān)視：連續(xù)監(jiān)視偏心度的峰-峰值和瞬時值。轉(zhuǎn)速為1～600r/min時，主軸每轉(zhuǎn)一圈測量一次偏心度峰-峰值，此值與鍵相脈沖同步。當轉(zhuǎn)速低于1r/min時，機組不再盤車而停機，這時瞬時偏心度儀表的讀數(shù)應(yīng)小，這就是轉(zhuǎn)子停車位置。

　　（8）相位監(jiān)視：采用相位計連續(xù)測量選定的輸入振動信號的相位。輸入信號取自鍵相信號和相對振動信號，經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)換后供顯示或記錄。

　　（9）閥位指示：連續(xù)指示調(diào)速汽門的動作位置。

The turbine safety monitoring system (TSI) is a monitoring system that integrates protection and detection functions, and is an essential protection system for large rotating machinery.

TSI can reliably monitor and store some important parameters of the unit during startup and operation. It can not only indicate the operating status of the unit, record output signals, achieve numerical limit exceeding alarms, and automatically shut down the unit in case of danger signals, but also provide data for fault diagnosis. Therefore, it is widely used in various steam turbine generator units ranging from 3MW to 600MW.

1、 Content of turbine safety monitoring

The items that should be monitored and protected by the steam turbine increase with the increase of steam parameters, and there are differences in random groups, generally including the following parameters:

(1) Axial displacement monitoring: Continuously monitor the relative position of the thrust disc to the thrust bearing to ensure that there is no friction between the rotor and stationary components, and to avoid catastrophic accidents. When the axial displacement is too large, an alarm or shutdown signal is issued.

(2) Differential expansion monitoring: Continuously detects the expansion of the rotor relative to a certain reference point (usually a thrust bearing) on the cylinder, usually measured using an eddy current probe or a linear differential displacement transmitter (LVDT).

(3) Cylinder expansion monitoring: Continuously monitoring the expansion of the cylinder relative to a certain reference point (usually the dead center of the sliding pin system) on the foundation. Due to the large expansion range, LVDT is currently commonly used for cylinder expansion monitoring.

(4) Zero speed monitoring: Continuously monitor the zero speed status of the rotor. When the speed drops below a specified value, the alarm relay acts in order to activate the turning gear.

(5) Speed monitoring: Continuously monitor the speed of the rotor. When the speed exceeds the set value, an alarm signal or shutdown signal is given.

(6) Vibration monitoring: Monitor the relative vibration of the spindle relative to the bearing seat and the vibration of the bearing seat.

(7) Eccentricity monitoring: continuously monitoring the peak to peak and instantaneous values of eccentricity. At a speed of 1-600r/min, the eccentricity peak to peak is measured once per revolution of the spindle, which is synchronized with the keyphase pulse. When the speed is lower than 1 r/min, the unit stops without turning, and the instantaneous eccentricity meter reading should be the smallest, which is the rotor parking position.

(8) Phase monitoring: Use a phase meter to continuously measure the phase of the selected input vibration signal. The input signal is taken from the keyphase signal and the relative vibration signal, and is converted for display or recording.

(9) Valve position indication: Continuously indicating the action position of the speed control valve.
