古朵生物：qPCR Master Mix

古朵生物預混實時熒光定量快速PCR反應體系，預混了不同含量的ROX，根據qPCR儀的使用說明書，使用時無需自行計算、添加ROX，只需加入模板、引物和水，使其工作濃度為1×，即可進行反應。具有快速簡便、靈敏度高、特異性強、穩定性好等優點，可最大限度地減少人為誤差、節約PCR實驗操作時間、降低污染幾率。
