 量子點制備方法：

電場約束法 電場約束法是指，*利用調控金屬電極的電勢使半導體內的能級發生扭曲，形成對載流子的約束。由于量子點所需尺寸在納米，因此金屬電極需要用電子束曝光的方法制作。成本較高，產率也較低。但用這種方法制作出的量子點，可以簡單通過調控門電壓控制其能級，載流子的數量和自旋等。由于較高的可控性，這種量子點也較適合于用作量子計算。
