2、 對(duì)安裝人員的要求：

安裝人員保持清潔，到控制室或操作室工作換上干凈的拖鞋，已防灰塵進(jìn)入DCS系統(tǒng)裝置內(nèi)；

要盡量避免靜電感應(yīng)對(duì)系統(tǒng)元器件的影響，調(diào)試時(shí)，不穿化纖等容易產(chǎn)生靜電的織物。

機(jī)、柜、盤(pán)運(yùn)輸與安裝

• 機(jī)、柜、盤(pán)要求整體運(yùn)輸?shù)娇刂剖遥惭b前拆箱。

• DCS系統(tǒng)硬件包裝箱在運(yùn)輸、開(kāi)箱、搬運(yùn)時(shí)小心，防止傾倒和產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)，以免造成意外損失。

• 開(kāi)箱時(shí)要有設(shè)備供應(yīng)部門(mén)人員和接、保、檢部門(mén)人員在場(chǎng)共同檢查外觀質(zhì)量、設(shè)備內(nèi)部卡件接線的缺陷、系統(tǒng)隨機(jī)帶來(lái)的文件、資料等，并做好記錄，簽字確認(rèn)。

• DCS系統(tǒng)控制室通常有500mm左右的防靜電、防潮地板，因此要考慮好底座高度，并保證其穩(wěn)定性和強(qiáng)度。

Avoid the impact of Electrostatic induction on system components as much as possible. During debugging, do not wear chemical fibers and other fabrics that are prone to static electricity.

Transportation and installation of machines, cabinets, and panels

The machine, cabinet, and panel are required to be transported as a whole to the control room and unpacked before installation.

The DCS system hardware packaging box must be carefully transported, unpacked, and handled to prevent tipping and strong vibration, in order to avoid accidental losses.

When opening the box, personnel from the equipment supply department, as well as personnel from the reception, maintenance, and inspection departments, should be present to jointly inspect the appearance quality, defects in the internal card wiring of the equipment, documents and materials randomly brought by the system, and make records and sign for confirmation.

The DCS system control room usually has an anti-static and moisture-proof floor of about 500mm, so it is necessary to consider the height of the base and ensure its stability and strength.
